I will type and customize no-contest divorce papers for you, in the State of Oklahoma with or without children.
The fee of $120.00 will cover the petition, waiver and order for the court with instructions.
I will need specific information when you e-mail me. (ie: martial parties names' and marriage date & place, any property shared, children, & why you are requesting a divorce.) I will request this information fully upon my follow-up e-mail. Payment will be required before the documents are produced and they can be picked up from me or they can be mailed to you.
It will take about 3-4 days to prepare your papers and 10 days to pass after initial filing to be heard by the judge.
